Summer is coming and that means it’s time for colorful and refreshing cocktails. During World Cocktail Day on May 13, Koninklijke De Kuyper, the world’s largest premium cocktail liqueur brand, celebrates summer with a range of colorful cocktails: from the bright red Watermelon or Strawberry Fizz to the sparkling blue Blue Lagoon and the bright orange Margarita. The Kuyper Blue Lagoon
Ingredients
40 ml De Kuyper Blue Curaçao liqueur
20ml vodka
20 ml fresh lime juice
Top with lemonade (e.g. Sprite or 7-up)
Slice of orange for garnish
Method of preparation
1. Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice cubes 2. Pour De Kuyper Blue Curaçao, vodka and lime juice directly into the glass. 3. Top off with Sprite or 7-up. 4. Stir gently. 5. Garnish with a slice of orange. Cheers!
De Kuyper Strawberry Fizz
Ingredients
40 ml De Kuyper Wild Strawberry liqueur
20ml vodka
20 ml fresh lime juice
Top with lemonade (e.g. Sprite or 7-up)
Strawberry for garnish
Method of preparation
1. Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice cubes. 2. Pour De Kuyper Strawberry, vodka and lime juice directly into the glass. 3. Top off with Sprite or 7-up. 4. Stir gently. 5. Garnish with a strawberry.
De Kuyper Passion Fruit Martini
(Also alcohol-free available)
Ingredients
40 ml De Kuyper Passion fruit liqueur
40 ml vanilla vodka
20 ml fresh lime juice
Pulp of one passion fruit
1 egg white (optional)
Half passion fruit for garnish
Method of preparation
1. Pour all ingredients directly into the shaker. 2. Fill the shaker for 2/3 with ice cubes. 3. Shake vigorously for +/- 15 seconds. 4. Pour through a fine sieve into the glass. 5. Garnish with half a passion fruit.
De Kuyper Margarita
(Also alcohol-free available)
Ingredients
20 ml De Kuyper Triple Sec liqueur
40ml tequila
20 ml fresh lime juice
1 bar spoon of sugar syrup
Lime wedge for garnish
Method of preparation
1. Pour all ingredients directly into the shaker. 2. Fill the shaker for 2/3 with ice cubes. 3. Shake vigorously for +/- 15 seconds. 4. Pour through a fine sieve into the glass. 5. Garnish with a wedge of lime. Cheers!

Watermelon slice for garnish
