$95 million haggled

They agreed to an asking price of no less than $ 200 million, the equivalent of approximately € 186 million. According to insiders, various negotiations preceded it. The 2,787 m2 building was initially listed for $ 295 million. But what the hell do they receive for that staggering amount?
