Increase in personnel bottlenecks in GP practices – Zorgen.nl

Since 2018, Nivel has been monitoring whether general practitioners in the Netherlands experience personnel bottlenecks and, if so, what they are.

More and more GP practices expect to have a shortage of staff within a year, in particular of GPs and doctor’s assistants. In 2018, this percentage was still 50% and has been increasing since then, to 70% in 2021.
