The activities are for convenience too labeled by target group. This way you can immediately see which activity is interesting for you. Are you entrepreneurthen the activities with the letter O most interesting to you. Fitness professional? Then follow the letter P. Fanatic athlete? Then the letter f interesting to you. Below you will find a program sheet per target group. Always handy, so you know for sure that you don’t miss anything!
The program is dizzying, the choice is huge. Our speakers include the greatest of the world! In addition to well-known names from the industry, such as Elian Goettsch, Frank and Rob Trousselot and Ronald Wouters, we have managed to add no fewer than three Olympic champions to our programme.
None other than Mark Tuitert (powered by ClubJoy), Maarten van der Weijden (powered by Basic-Fit) and Jetze Flat (powered by Matrix Fitness) will be there with an inspiring lecture you don’t want to miss.
In his lecture: The power of Jetze, Jetze flatly takes you along in his success story. How, despite physical limitations, he managed to make it to the top and how he remained motivated to seize opportunities time after time.

11:25 AM – 12:25 PM: DRIVE: Train your stoic mindset
The world has never been more uncertain than it is today. In addition, expectations are also high. An ideal cocktail for pressure, setbacks and disappointment. How do you deal with this? How do you stay motivated despite this uncertainty? How can you keep dreaming?
3:40 pm – 4:40 pm: How do you stay motivated despite adversity?
Are you more the active type? Then we have good news for you. The program offers workouts of all kinds. Want to dance with Carlos Ramirez or Gilton Franklin? Follow a solid step routine at Larz? Or are you going for a Pilates Flow with Tatiana Plotnikova? It’s possible! Would you rather be trained by Ronny van de Ven? It’s up to you, they’re all here.
Ronny takes you by the hand in this 45-minute High Intensity Interval Workout. Nice sweat at a high intensity. The workout has a high fun content. With all his experience, Ronny makes it a great experience!
