‘Cry myself to sleep sometimes’

Kim Kardashian has four children with her ex-partner Kanye West. But despite having four children together, Kim takes care of North, Chicago, Saint and Psalm full-time on her own. You can imagine that this, along with all the other work she does every day, can be quite hard. In the podcast ‘On Purpose with Jay Shetty,’ she talks candidly about what motherhood is like for her.

As a single mother with four young children, mornings are anything but calm. “There is always a daughter who wants me to do her hair and it has to be done perfectly and in a certain way and then there is someone who wants me to put their shoes on and then they all need you again. It’s a madhouse,” Kim tells Jay Shetty.

And on the days when it’s such a madhouse, she can have a really hard time. “There are nights where sometimes I cry myself to sleep,” the reality star candidly admits. Well, maybe you don’t believe it, but even Kim Kardashian doesn’t look like that at times like that flawless out. “There are nights as a mother when you don’t wash your hair for days, you have spit all over you and you wear the same pajamas.”

‘Parenting is really hard’

She continues her story with: “Parenting is really tough. I can’t describe it any other way.” But even though she doesn’t always find it easy, she also admits that it can also be very beautiful secretly. “It is the most challenging and most rewarding job on the planet.”
