Birthday calendar Calendar Girls already raises € 16,684.58 on behalf of the Cancer Foundation. Integral to the Anti-Cancer Foundation

Backstage Productions donates the proceeds of this calendar in full to the Anti-Cancer Foundation. The calendar was sold online and in Theater Elckerlyc during the Calendar Girls performances and will remain for sale online until 1 July at www.backstage-producties.be.
Actress Ann Van den Broeck is godmother of the Foundation against Cancer and was allowed to hand over a first check to the Foundation Against Cancer on Sunday 14 May, after the last performance. It is an amount of €16,684.58: “I am grateful to everyone who bought a calendar.

This sum will go entirely to the Anti-Cancer Foundation and will be used for further research into the fight against cancer.”
Producer James Cooke is delighted with the result, which will be donated in its entirety to the Anti-Cancer Foundation: “I am pleased that we as a producer can support such initiatives for a good cause. Many Flemish people are closely confronted with cancer.
